KVM Automation consultant will offer you a new customized installation or retrofitted solution that fits your budget and current system.

    Turnkey solutions

    automation consultant

If your control system depends on fine-tuned components while operating under harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature or absolute pressure, you need reliable and redundant systems to run your operation without any interruption. By discussing with a KVM Automation consultant, we can design a robust control system based on critical application level and redundancy. Our end-to-end solution includes all the layers of automation, from sensors to supervisory stations and remote monitoring.

Some of our recent projects are listed below:

    Machinery condition monitoring

Many hazards could disrupt the normal operation of your machinery, and you must know what those hazards are and how to survive them when they occur.

An automation consultant you could help identify:

    • hydraulic oil leak
    • How to recognize when an electrical short is occurring on your machinery.
    • Recognize the signs of machinery failure and overheating.
    • Process automation and optimization

We offer complimentary consultations. Our process automation consultant will assess your business to identify areas where our services can help. We’ll then create a personalized plan for improving your current processes, systems, and workflow.

    • Smart power saving

Our automation consultant helps you keep the power consumption under control and save money. The service monitors electricity usage in real-time and automatically turns off machines that are not being used. This can help you save money on your bills by ensuring that all systems are only turned on when someone needs them.

    • Soft sensors

Soft sensors are a type of sensor that has been created to measure physical variables that traditional industrial sensors cannot. They are made from soft materials such as silicone, polyurethane and gel. This allows them to be flexible, light weight and can integrate with other materials.

    • Remote monitoring

A remote monitoring consultant is a person who helps businesses improve their performance through technology. The consultant also helps the business find and implement new technologies that can help them achieve this goal.

    • End-to-end services

Our end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation approach offers our clients a clear, structured framework and roadmap to launch a successful RPA journey and set expectations. This ensures the technology is integrated well within the existing systems and business operations and empowers your business to be future-ready with dynamic adjustment of processes along your automation journey.

    Through the waterfall approach
KVM Automation applies the waterfall project management approach to emphasize a linear progression from the beginning to the end of a project. Our management approach is front-loaded to rely on careful planning, detailed documentation, and consecutive execution.

    Process Control System

Process control systems (PCS), also called industrial control systems (ICS), operate as several pieces of equipment that test the process in various ways during manufacturing and along the production line. In addition, PCS returns data for monitoring and troubleshooting. There are many types of process control systems, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and distributed control systems (DCS). They all can work to gather and transmit data during the manufacturing process.

Most of our projects are compiled with international standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88. ISA-95 is a standard for Enterprise-Control System Integration that defines interfaces between applications at the Industrial Control Level and applications at the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Level. Consequently, it bridges the gap between control-level communications, which are typically implemented using OPC, and business-level applications using EDI and various B2B standards.

In the matter of automation and manufacturing ISA-88 or just S88 is inevitable. ISA-88 is a standard published by the International Society of Automation (ISA) for setting out models and terminology to address batch control. This standard was published to make it easier for automation suppliers to communicate, configure, and integrate batches. Europe adopts it as IEC 61512-1.

    System Assessment

    Project assessment

Considering an upgrade or relocation is a big decision. The first step is a survey of your current site by our engineering and automation consultant team. This visit will include a detailed assessment of your current system and a discussion of your future needs.

    System Upgrade

All systems need to be reworked at times to keep your business growing efficiently. Perhaps, due to high utilization, the control system could be optimized by replacing key components. You may have introduced a new product. Your current systems could be modified to accommodate this new production line or to make small changes to an existing product line. We could even assess how your present cells are being utilized and modify your current equipment to increase throughput and reduce the workload of your control system engineers.

    Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

If you need a ground-up approach, our facilities allow us to provide pedestals, support frames, guards for your personnel, and more! Our automation consultant is always happy to discuss all your needs in depth.

KVM Automation’s front-end engineering and design (FEED) team defines the clients’ project requirements in detail before initiating a significant investment. Our FEED team provides services to clients in diverse industries and does everything to support our clients’ future investments.

    Prototyping and Proof of Concept

Delivering high-quality parts is only one part of the equation. We have a well-qualified and experienced team of engineers and electricians to ensure that your installation is completed to the highest of standards.
